I have naturally curly hair but I've been straightening it for so long that I've lost my touch with my curly hair. I used to put mousse in it and then finish it with hairspray but I would like to learn new and better ways of styling my hair. Any suggestions and techniques on how to style it? Thanks :)

i have curly african american hair, and LOVE john freida's products. I reccomend the entire line of shampoo, condiotioner, serum, curl setter and finshing cream. It works really well and smells good. It really defines your curls with out weighing them down and leaves them frizz free.

I technique i use is washing my hair only as much as i need. I usedto think that since my hair is long, i need to wash it every day. But i have a diiference texture of hair which is damaged by all the washing, so now i only wash it like every week or every other week. Also, letting your naturally dry helps reduce the amount of heat on your hai.

I've tried a few different "curl boosters" and I keep going back to the John Frieda products. I do wash my hair everyday and to finish it I use a gel made for curly hair- I feel like it helps hold the curl. I let it almost air dry and then use the blowdryer on it to get rid of the crunchies and give it some body.
