Should i straighten my hair ? Is thr any soln to avoid the ugle curly hair on top and straight below

I am considering rebonding my hair. But thr r 2 concerns.

- Hair falling

- The ugly look when new hair grows and its curly on top but straight below. (

Is it true that hair falls a lot after rebonding?

Is thr any other treatment, where the straightened hair last for 2/3 months and then the hair retains its natural texture slowly ? That way i am not forced to straighten again.
