it's not good for any type of hair to be washed every day, it strips it of it's natural oils, makes you dryer. if it's a pain you can just wet it and put a little conditioner in it

I read the same thing. It supposedly makes curly hair more prone to getting the frizzes because it dries it out. I wash mine everyday 8 months out of the year because I live in a hot and humid climate. I use extra condtioners and glossers to tame the frizz. In the winter I do skip every other day.

i think you should wash it every other day since that is the best and it can get dameged if washed every day which can cause split ends you should try putting that good oil for less frizz. thats my recommandation but listen to your guts aswell!

every other day is good ,but i wet mine down evryday ...don't use shampoo..but soak it with a good conditioner or add a leave in conditioner.

i have had a hellish time with my natural curls till i was 21.... and then this great hair dresser taught me other wise.... wash every 3 days, use LITTLE shampoo, apply leav in conditioner or wella super kolestrol or paul mitchell super charge conditioner on wet hair and comb through and reapply tons of conditioner and comb with fingers. DO NOT COMB DRY HAIR. every morning apply water n bits of conditioner for fly away strands till ur next hair wash. works a miracle n now i love my hair and so does everyone else!
