Best way to style naturally curly hair?

I'm caucasian, I have naturally curly hair that is a couple inches past shoulder length, and my hair gets a little frizzy in this humid weather! I need tips on how to style it good, especially tame frizz. And I'm sick of straightening my hair everyday- its damaging my hair!

Get a recommendation for a stylist and make an appointment. make sure it's a stylist who understands curly, frizzy hair and ask for a cut that takes advantage of your hair's natural qualities. It will probably involve some layers. Get him/her to recommend a hair product that will give you shine, body, and tone the frizzies. Make sure the cut allows you to air dry it and scrunch it for a finished style...dryers only make the frizzies worse. I fought my hair (which could be described exactly like yours) for literally decades because I wanted to look like all my friends. Since I went with letting my hair do what it does naturally...AFTER (a) a good cut and (b) good styling products, I look more like me and I get compliments on my hair almost daily.

use hair moose from aussie. it controls and sharpens your curls

then use a diffuser (its basically an extension to our blowdryer that dries cruls without straitening them and helps add curl)

After washing you're hair try a De-frizzer such as John Freida hair defrizzer. Then Try a curling spray. It will make ur curls bouncy and no friz it works great!!

if its not liek super curly....then after u take a shower comb your hair tie it up in a pony tail...and put anti-frizz spray in ur hair (i like dove) ...it works for me...or if its really curly then if u can comb it i would after a shower and but straightening balm in it...i like redken...hope this helps

I'm in the same situation. Best way to tame your hair is to put it up in a towel for 10 or so minutes until it is half way dry, that way it isn't exposed to humidity immediately. Afterwards, put it a smoother, NOT frizz control. I've noticed that frizz control adds more volume. Get hair smoother from Garnier Frutis.
