I used to use Maine n Tail, but I haven't got to buying any yet since it stopped working. Long story short. I used to live in Miami and I had big curly hair, moved to SoCal and my hair got flat and gross looking. Now it looks like it is returning to it's natural state after THREE YEARS. I suggest Sleek by Matrix. It is awesome for thick curly hair. It will help maintain it and keep it in check. It also locks all the humidity out so you don't get the frizz.
